"All-Hallows-Even" originated as a sort of pagan holiday, but there's nothing sinister about the modern celebration that we know as Halloween. It's become a happy celebration of the coming of the autumn season with tricks less common than treats, so enjoy the season and the day. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

This box is located in Telge Park in Cypress, Texas. From Hwy 290, take the Telge Road exit and go toward the school. Cross Cypress North Houston, then Cypress Creek. After the creek, take first right and right again into the parking lot for the park.

To the Letterbox:
Walk into the park throught he gate, and left through the open woods to the wooden bridge. Cross the bridge and go left. At intersection, go right and look for the "Palmetto" sign on the left. It's a short post marker. Look to the left about 8 steps into the woods and you'll see a big oak with a smaller double-trunk tree in front of it. The box is on the ground between the trees covered with a red brick.
