Trail start location:
http://calendar.lancasteronline.com/refton-pa/venues/show/1900965-trout-run-nature-preserve
Climb the little hill to start from small parking area, cross the rail trail, and down the other side.
Follow the blue trail blazes.
Cross the stream @ 1st double blue horizontal blaze with fallen tree reaching 1/2 way across in the stream.
Take a short hike to rock face/cliff on left. As you go around this, you'll see a series of small cliffs going up the hollow. At this point, you'll be leaving the trail to climb up a very defined channel between the 1st two rock sections. At the base of this channel, on the right, is a large indent resembling a trone.
At top of channel on your left, stand in the square shaped, rock pit. with your back to the stream and chest against the flat pit wall facing up hill.
Our "Rock Leaper" letterbox is approximately 18 yards/27 paces up hill at the base of a mature Oak, hidden behind a flat rock pointing to the sky.
Have fun & be careful.
