This is a 4-part letterbox geocache hybrid. Each segment in the multi-cache is exactly 1K long from starting point to end point. You will either need to bring with you, a well calibrated pedometer, become familiar with pace tracking on your GPS, or use a pedometer app in a smartphone to complete the cache as the clues will only get you so far. From the beginning waypoints, walk off exactly 1K, or 0.621 miles, following the letterbox clues to find the 4 numbers that will complete the following final cords. N44°[1K].[2K]5 W88°[3K].[4K]0. cache.

Enjoy your walk and soak in the views.

1K: N44°16.205 W88°22.495 Start at the flagpole and proceed due south to the river. The trail down will reveal itself. At main river trail, turn southwest and follow trail to gates saying hello to the many caches you've done in this area. Walk around gates and continue on foot trail. When that ends, follow curb until til you reach 1K and then find number.

2K: N44°15.825 W88°23.290 Start at the trail head by the water. Walk trail through developed area then under overpass. Follow trail slightly uphill and around north side of building. At street, cross paved are toward substation passing close to door 3, picking up trail head across from door 6. Take high road around substation and follow along water. When you hit tracks, veer left to pedestrian planks over water. Continue til you finish 1K and find number on furthest protrusion.

3K: N44°15.262 W88°24.230 Starting at the telephone pole, walk along water's edge weaving between benches and stanchions. Follow berm under bridge until you reach the fence. There, turn north and follow it loosely until you come to pedestrian water crossing. Walk across and continue on gravel passing old trees and then, walking around signal and planter, come to sidewalk. Double-back on sidewalk, continue to 1K and find number.

4K: N44°15.240 W88°24.820 [The actual future trail may run closer to the river] Staring at the Hearthstone signage, walk north up the berm and follow fence. At egress, pass through and follow gravel through underpass and continue until overpass. Cross over and continue to berm trail at old oaks. Follow trail down to street and continue west on north side of road. Continue until you reach 1K. Find number.
