Dodge Park is a small, historic park located near the Higgins Armory Museum. Before looking for the letterbox, I'd suggest taking a look at the informational kiosk. It was an Eagle Scout project, and tells the history of Eliza and Thomas Dodge, and of the park itself. There is also a map of what the park must have looked like before the Asian Longhorn Beetle came along.

As of the time the box was planted, there are a lot of trees and branches down over the paths. Our clues will not take you in these areas, but be prepared to climb over and under if you want to explore the park further.

Start at the gazebo, facing the road. Turn to the right, walk over the bricks and straight across the lawn until you get to the trail (Arthur's Spring Trail). At the T, take a right. Take another right after crossing the stone bridge. You will pass a semi-circular stone wall - this is what remains of Arthur's Spring. Just past here there is another fork in the trail. Go right towards the wooden bridge - the box is hidden under the ramp (right side) behind two small rocks. We'd suggest blue and gray ink.

This box is based on a box we adopted out of the LbNA basement, Dodge Park. That box is gone now, and we've listed it as retired. Our stamp was designed and carved by Kayak, age 8. She also helped write the clues and picked out all the landmarks.
