First off - we're from Upstate NY! What were we doing way down in Gulfport Mississippi you ask....well that's easy-ROADTRIP!!!!!

Here's the short version:
Our journey began on 1-11-11 in Central Park in NYC. I had suprised Amanda with this trip to the city. It snowed so much it felt as if we were inside a snowglobe! It was the perfect setting to propose in the park...... :)

What to do, where to go.....

Let's take the kids! 9 yo Aubry and 2 yo Mason lets hook up the travel trailer and Roadtrip!!

11-11-11 The big day is finally here! :) Our Dream is coming true and we're barefoot on an island getting married during the Sunset!! The setting could not be more breath taking........

Next stop - New Orleans! we start the 700 mile drive.....and guess what? Yup, near Gulfport Mississippi we got hungry! And this is where you will find our letterbox.....

Bring an ink pad, if you can leave one and let us know we'll pay it fwd :) And Bring an appetite! This location has been featured on Diner's Drive Inn's and Dives, Man Vs Food, Picker Sisters, Basically Everybody Loves this place you will not be dissapointed! Bring the kids! Don't worry if you're not hungry bring or ask for a marker so you can tag stuff....that's right you can write on EVERYTHING!! The walls, tables, chairs, bathrooms, rocks outside everything! (it's really cool) Hours: Mon Closed, Tue-Thurs 11am-8pm, Fri-Sat 11am-9pm, Sun 11am-7pm

Off Route 10 we went 49N we passed the Post Office, then we passed the biggest chair we've ever seen on the left!(Stop for a photoshoot! If you want to climb it just stop in and ask the guy at the stone shop, he'll tell you to be careful and have fun) Ok now take a left on route 53 your destination will be coming up soon! Keep an eye on the right for the "Pig Pickers Paradise" at the intersection of Mills Rd! Go in and ask one of the ladies behind the counter for your prize - they will be happy to ablige!
