Start at the place where the horses chase each other around in circles. Head due west to the sign that says 'Park Drive'. Continue west until just before the railroad tracks. Turn left and walk along the tracks until you see a 'W'. Turn around so that you are facing North. Go to the tree with the hole near the ground and you should find the letterbox. (The tree is Y-shaped).
Please rehide carefully to ensure that the letterbox is not in full view of casual visitors.
