This is an easy drive-by.
Race Devil, age 9 carved this stamp, and helped to hide it.
From Yellowstone Ave. south bound, turn left on 49th S. to the Gem Lake Marina (the first right turn after the Fielding Memorial Cemetery). Follow the road to the end and turn left into the parking lot. Keep going all the way around to the far end of the grass, where the large rocks line the road, and then park. The box is located under the first rock at the edge of the grass. A small rock is blocking it from view.
