Begin by doing some research, if necessary, to determine what Earl Hoyt, Jr., Fred Bear and Howard Hill had in common. Then decide in which area of the northwest part of the city they might have gotten together for some friendly competition. To solve the clue you will need to count the number of letters in Earl's wife's maiden surname. Caesar will assist you.

Note: Don't be put off by the location of this box. The area is seldom used. Although we have walked there quite often for many years, only once has anyone there. This area is as safe as any other wild area if you are sensible. If there are others they will should easy to spot and it would be best to postpone your visit, since retrieving the box would be difficult.
