"Prima facie" letterbox
Suggest black ink/marker
Prima facie -- According to Wikipedia...."for proving ownership of lost and stolen livestock animals, a brand on an animal is considered prima facie or proof of ownership." So, what better place to plant this particular box than in Texas.
Clue:
You will be on US 287 northbound going from Witchita Falls, Tx. to Amarillo, Tx.
After Childress, Texas, approximately 13 miles will be the Safety Rest Area for Donley County on the right side of the road. The car park is at the back of the buildings.
Facing away from the buildings, you will see a sidewalk, the sign "Watch for Rattlesnakes" and a picnic table out on the bluff all by itself. A small camo bag holding "prima facie" is between the yuccha plants and a metal post.
WATCH OUT FOR RATTLESNAKES. You might want to bring a walking stick or cane with you.

The usual....be aware of surrounding muggles, please reseal everything against the elements and rehide carefully. And Enjoy!
