Find Cedar City’s lighthouse and park in the lot on the south side. This is a business parking lot, so please be respectful. Be stealthy and make your way to the rocks at the back (east) side of the lighthouse. From the meters, continue 8 more steps to a rock with a white flat top, and find the camo pouch behind it, under a small loose rock.
Be sure to replace the rock well, so the pouch is completely out of sight, and not mistaken for garbage. Please zip all bags closed and be discreet.
