Birdwatching is a favorite hobby of mine. No matter where you live or where you travel, there are birds around you. As you search for my "As the Birds Fly" letterbox, see how many species of birds you can see. Write their names down in your journal as you spot them. Better yet, take pictures if you can.
Make your way to the Poulsbo waterfront in old town Poulsbo. You will see a harbor and lots of boats. Locate the gazebo. From the gazebo, stand facing the water. Turn right and walk along the waterfront sidewalk. The sidewalk will turn into a wooden plank walkway over the water. Follow this along the water until the end of the walkway. When you reach the last wooden plank, count 42 (forty-two) steps along the asphalt path, keeping to the left. Search the tree to your right.
Please put the box contents back in the plastic bag after stamping and make sure the box is sealed well. Place the box box back in its hiding place and cover with leaves and bark so that it isn't visible from any angle.
