This box was planted in celebration of my best friend's 50th birthday. She goes under the trail name hap-p. If you ever run into her on the trails or at an event, you have to ask her how she picked her trail name. It is very cool.
Here are the clues:
This is a driveby box. Drive to Klondike Rd in Charlestown from the Route 1 end. Drive by Burlingame Campground entrance, staying on Klondike Rd. Before the "Blind Drive" sign and the big left turn, there is a N-S (north south) trail sign on the right hand side of the street. Park at the entrance, off the road. Walk a very short way up Klondike road to a rock by a pine tree and a telephone wire and Pole #62 (the year of her birth: 1962). Walk to the rock and spot a stump right behind it. In the stump under bark is your treasure. Please cover well after stamping in.
