In the Revolutionary period, this town was known as West Farms of Norwich; today, it shares a name with one of America’s greatest patriots. Travel three miles north from Norwich on the Norwich-Windham Turnpike, and park near the barber shop and restaurant. Walk down toward the ditch. Can you spot the blue sign? Go back in time to 1757.
