A light, silver-white, malleable, ductile, metallic element used in several alloys. The alchemy symbol represents eternity and ascension..
Just before eastbound Aztec Blvd (s516) crosses the Animas River, Chaco St. angles off to the right and crosses an old truss bridge. To the right of Chaco is a staircase going down to the west side of the river. On the right (south) of the upper staircase is a railroad tie retaining wall. Going down the staircase, the letterbox is behind the end of the wall.
