Lake Kenosia has been a vacation spot for more than 100 years. A streetcar used to carry people from downtown Danbury to the outskirts of town for a swim. Today, Kenosia features the city's premier soccer pitch, with four fields, and hosts many championship games and rallies.

Enter the park from Christopher Columbus Blvd. Stay to the right. You will see a brick maintenance building surrounded by a fence straight in front of you. There is a metal gate next to it. Walk to the SW corner of the fence enclosure. (for those who are directionally challenged, it’s the corner diagonally opposite the gate ). Face the woods. Approximately 8 steps in front of you, you will see a V tree next to a damaged tree. There are a few rocks between the two. Walk to the back side of the tree to easily obtain the letterbox. Please do not move the rocks!

This park gets VERY busy during the summer months; please take time to rehide with care. There is no ink in the box, please bring your own. This is my first carve/plant; I’d love to hear from you if you have any comments or suggestions! :)
