There is a large osprey nest on top of the bridge over Bow River in Castle Junction that has been used to raise young ospreys for many years. You can see it on the way to hiking the Silverton Falls trail, where this letterbox is located.

Directions:
From Tran-Canada Hwy 1 go east on Hwy 93 to Castle Junction. Turn right on Hwy 1A and park in the lot for Rockbound Lake trail on the left.

Clues:
Walk on trail to jct and bear right toward Silverton Falls. You will come to the stream and follow it to a trail coming in from left. Go up this trail for 65 steps, then right and up on a faint path 27 steps to a fallen pine tree on left. Microbox is at far side trunk of tree under rocks. Continue on the uphill trail for an overlook of the falls.
