Dog Beach LbNA #62860 (ARCHIVED)

There are too many memories to write for us here...we hope you like it too...If you find yourself in San Diego looking for a place to walk, check out Dog Beach in Ocean Beach! (you can easily find it on Google maps) If you take West Point Loma into OB, follow it around to the right, the parking lot entrance will be on your right off Voltaire St. Park and walk up to the jetty, take a minute to check out the ocean and enjoy the view. To the right you can see Mission Beach. When you are ready, turn 180 degrees and travel down the bike path just about .2 miles. On the left you will see where they have begun a native plant area on the beach. To the right is grassy and up ahead you can see the Ocean Villa Inn where we like to stay when we come back "home." Approximately .2 miles down the bike trail you will come up to 2 (what we believe to be) Agave Americana variegate ...basically to large succulents on the right that are large and pointed and yellow and green :) Beneath the second one, underneath and further away from the bike path you will find the letterbox. I would search all around both because I have found that sometimes boxes end up in a slightly different spot each time.
