Tim Tebow is known for his eye black biblical verses during many noteworthy games as a Florida Gator. For the Bowl Championship Series title game on Jan. 8, 2009, which the Florida Gators won, 24-14, Tebow wrote one of his favorites, John 3:16: "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life." This series of two boxes is made to commemorate the Eye black verses Tebow wore for the Bowl Championship Win.

To find the boxes:

Box 1 - Locate the Century Bell Tower on the Campus of the University of Florida in Gainesville
Find the Dedication Plaque on the North side of the Bell Tower, that is mounted to the wall above a concrete bench that is also attached to the side wall of the tower. With your back to the bench, turn right and continue to the next side of the tower (facing the Memorial Center Auditorium). Note that this auditorium has many architectural features that make it appear like a church building. Take the small step up to the large brown double doors. To your right, you will find two palm trees, a smaller one and then a tall one heavily covered in ivy. The black bag housing the first stamp is buried in the ground covering ivy between the small palm tree and the brick of the tower. (There is no log book in this bag. Only in the bag with the second stamp)

Box 2 - Return to the concrete bench where you started. Again with your back to the bench, walk approximately 22 steps straight ahead down the concrete path in front of the bench. To your right and left, you will see two short red brick walls. Take a seat on the wall to your right with the bushes to your back. Reach down in the corner of the wall between the wall and the bush to find the second black bag - this one housing the second stamp and the log book.

Thank you for taking the time to find our boxes. We hope you enjoyed this series as well as the beautiful campus. Please be sure to double bag the log book and stamp and re-hide better than found. Please also take the time to log your finds! If this box is in need of repairs, please help if at all possible as we live out of state. Thanks
