Heading south on Route 7 turn right at the yellow blinking light. (The Torrington Savings Bank will be on your left.) Go past The Kellogg School (on your left) and bear left going into the center of Falls Village. Go to the end of Main Street...that will not take long! Go right and then take an immediate left under the old train trestle. Once you have passed under the trestle take an immediate right. You will go down a small hill passed the Falls Village Power Plant on your left. Continue on to the bridge. The bridge is closed to cars - don't know if this is permanent or temporary but you don't want to go over it anyway. Park.
By the road going uphill there is a sign saying "Foot Traffic Allowed". Go up the hill to the guardrail post by the last tree before the 'meadow'. Look inside.
