This stretch of the Indian Boundary Division of the Desplaines River Forest Preserve trail system is one of my family's favorites. Hike any of it's trails and you are likely to spot many deer, chipmunks, herons, even beavers.
You'll first have to find the Ambigram Series by Atomic Beans in order to find this box. Find their 2 boxes and back track to the LARGE object on the left of the trail that you found earlier. Across from the path to the object you'll see a faint game trail into the woods. Follow it in about 20 feet and you'll find a large stone slab on the ground. Straight in front you'll see a large tree with multiple trunks starting a few feet off the ground. Around behind, nestled in the trunks under sticks and leaf debris.
