We've replaced the missing stamps. All three are where they were previously hidden. Please be sure re-hide the boxes carefully and completely after you've found them.

-----------------------------

This is a three box series along Jones Point Park off of the Mount Vernon Trail in Alexandria, VA.

1. Begin at the Mount Vernon Trail at the beginning of the Wilson bridge. Go down the trail until you reach a gate on your right, at the bottom of the hill. See five large boulders. Under the furthest, find the Wilson Bridge.

2. Continue on the Mount Vernon trail until a smaller path breaks off to the right. Rummage like a raccoon, leap like a deer, and trot like a fox.

Just kidding. Trotting like a fox will take you the wrong way. Keep rummaging/leaping along the water's edge. Look for the Rope Maker's plaque. Several paces past it, on the right, into the woods, find a beam. Look for the Lighthouse stamp behind it.

3. Keep going on the trail past the lighthouse, past the historic DC/MD/VA marker stones, and past a bench on your left. Look for a large tree at a sharp left bend in the trail that drapes a thick branch high over the trail. Stop just before it. Take a bearing of 320 degrees (or go directly northwest off of the trail). Take 23 steps in the woods. Find the South Cornerstone among three dead trees, two of which have fallen and one which is balanced upright.

4. Enjoy Jones Point Park and look around you for the remains of the shipyard.
