Start at the only Fort in Liberty Township, off of Van Gordan Rd. Head west down the trail until you come to the fork in the road at the parcourse trail. Take a right at the fork and take some time to do the exercises at the parcourse stations.
Find the place where you can push yourself up. From the sign, walk 20 paces southeast on the trail. Then take 30 paces south. You'll find the box under a rock at the base of a "sweet" bush by the fence.
