Town Farm Recreation Area is located on Main Road in Tiverton, RI, a few miles south of the intersection of Main Road (Route 77) with Bulgamarsh Road (Route 177). If you cross East Road (Route 179), you have gone too far south. Park in either lot but these directions start at the north end of the track near the main playground.
Bring your own stamp pad.
Walk along the side of the track closest to the road, near the softball field (south end of park at tennis court end). Walk to the scoreboard at the softball field, look for two telephone poles. In the middle of the telephones and directly across from the score board, there is a white rock located in the wall. Next to the white rock, a little to the right is a medium-sized flat rock leaning onto the wall. Tilt back the flat rock, see into the crevice where the box is located. Stamp the notebook and replace the box where you found it, making sure to conceal it with the flat rock that was covering the crevice; leaving it well hidden.
Town Farm can be muddy in the spring, so wear waterproof shoes, if you want to keep your feet dry! The Town Farm also tends to be busy (especially in the fall, when recreational soccer takes place), so please be careful not to draw too much attention to your search for the box – not everyone has good intentions!
