The date 12/12/12 is the last alliteration date for almost 100 years and might also be the end of the world. According to the ancient Mayan calendar, 12/12/12 or 12/21/12 represents the end of the calendar and thus the world. I decided to create this box just in case they are wrong, but if not, you better hurry!

Directions:
From Loop 610 in Houston go east on Woodway Drive for a short distance and turn right into the Houston Arboretum. Park by the Nature Center.
Clues:
Go east on Willow Oak Trail to Outer Loop Trail and go right past the meadow to the Muscadine Trail on the right. Continue 350 steps to a gravel area on the left by a clearing. Go left 50 steps to a medium pine tree at the edge of the clearing. Continue 10 steps behind it to another pine tree about 5 steps from the fence. Letterbox is at right base under a rock, sticks and leaves.
