Clues revised 1/13/08

In the center of Lebanon at the intersection of Rt. 87 and Rt. 207 follow Rt. 87 south for about 1/2 mile. Turn right onto Goshen Hill Road. Pull into the last driveway of the Fire/Safety Complex and park on the right side of the building. If you have extra time and the pound is open, you can visit with the animals in the small white building in the back.

Directions to box:

Go to the flagpole next to Lippman's verse. This memorial stone was designed by Bill Brewster Jr. in memory of the Fire Department's friends and members. At the flagpole, take a reading of 260 degrees and go 18 paces (count left foot only). You will now be at a telephone pole. Continue in the same direction another 11 paces. Look in the "V". See something that doesn't quite belong in the palm of the three fingers? Reach into the center of the fingers for your prize. After stamping, please rehide well. This is a very public place.

Happy hunting!
