Bring water. Park at the King Canyon trailhead (K24) near the Arizona Desert Museum on N Kinney Road in Tucson Mountain Park. Hike UP the King Canyon Trail to the Mam-A-Gah picnic area (approx.. 1 mile). The trail climbs uphill most the way, and when I starts back down into the creek bed, take the trail left up to the picnic area. You do not need to go up the wash where stock is prohibited. From the set of two large picnic tables at the SSW end of the area, take the small trail downhill 16 steps to two saguaros on left, and 30 more steps to 2 small saguaros on the right. Your treat can be found behind the big rock between them.
Hike 1 mile each way. Elevation Gain 300 feet.
