From the Forest Headquarters, walk East on Fearing Pond Rd. This is now a walking trail because the bridge washed out a few years ago.
As you cross the bridge, look right for a path on a narrow strip of land between the river and a smaller stream. Follow this path 100 steps to a large pine. Neptune is in a hole near eye level.
