From 3A, turn onto Landing Road. Bay Farm is on the right. Bay Farm Conservation Area is a large field area which reaches to the Kingston/Duxbury Bay.
Pluto:
From the parking area, head straight up the field crossing two boardwalks. At the end of the second boardwalk, take the path on the right. Follow the path to an intersection. Turn right and follow the trail about 150 steps. You will soon see a sign for the edge of the park. Turn left to stay within the park and walk 50 steps. There will be a row of rocks on your left with a tree about 5 steps off the trail. Pluto is hanging in the tree.
Eris:
Continue alone the trail to another intersection. Turn right and walk to a small 6-trunk tree (It will look like 4 as you approach). Walk another 50 steps to a pine on your right. Eris is hanging around back. Please rehide so that it's hidden from the trail.
Follow the trial a few more steps, left at the Y, and another quick left. You will soon come back out to the field with your car off to your left.
