Find the quartet of ornamental light poles in the Kennedy Park Fiesta parking area. Standing in their midst, downtown Tucson at your back, you will be facing a small hill.
Scramble to the top of the hill. Stand amongst bunch grasses. Walk clockwise 'til you can go no farther. The box is to your right between bunch grass and holey rock.
