Our Brownie Troop placed this box as part of our LetterBoxer Try-It. The girls had a blast learning all about LetterBoxing.

Girl Scout Troop 521 Letter Box

This Letterbox is located at the Burnidge Forest Preserve, Paul Wolff Campground. Enter the Forest Preserve off of Big Timber Road and park in the first parking lot on the right. Start your adventure there.

You are looking for a round plastic container that is white on the bottom and clear on the top. The box contains a stamp, ink pad and notebook.

1. Make sure to use the bathroom before you start your adventure
2. Girl Scouts always rock on!
3. A sit down lunch and fire make a great combo.
4. I think I can make it up this hill.
5. Sorry…but you’ll have to leave your horses here.
6. If you see a group of five trees…you are on the right path.
7. Wouldn’t it be fun to sled down this hill?
8. When you arrive at marker 13…turn right.
9. Be careful as you cross the road
10. No horses to your right…no parking straight ahead…but bumble bee colors to the left will lead you to the box.
