Benton Park is located on the corner of Crane and Hayward in Independence MO. This letterbox was placed by Girl Scout Troop 3525. Please do not remove and place back where you found it.
Once at the park, near the playground area is a blue sign. This will be the starting point.
1. From the blue sign walk 59 steps North towards the Benton Park Sign.
2. Head East towards the picnic table.
3. From the picnic look North, and look for twin trees joined.
4. Start walking North about 68 steps, towards the tree.
5. Follow the forest/brush line and you will find the letterbox just hidden inside.
