NOTE: This letterbox is missing until I can find a slightly different hiding place for it. Thanks for being patient! (9-10-08)
Starting at the Swimming Pool at Candlewood and Mimosa, begin your journey by following Mimosa Street. Enter the park to the left when you see the Bridge over Buffalo Creek. Take a right on the bike trail (do not cross Benjamin or you have gone too far!). When you see a bench on your left you can stop and rest a while.
From the bench walk 60 paces (I am small with short legs but I walked briskly) to the small bridge. Please cross the bridge and turn to the left immediately. Then begin your descent on this side (the other side may have a lot of vegetation growth at this time). It is on this side among the rocks where you'll find your treasure box.
Please take time to enjoy this park after you have enjoyed the letterbox. I do try to keep stamped addressed postcards in the box so please send me a card!
