This is the second stamp from my first planting expedition. This is right down the road from the first box (Chestnut Hill Cemetery), and if you want to snag that one too, just keep going up the hill to the four-way intersection and take a left.

Directions: Find MA Rt-63. If you are coming from the Amherst-Northampton area, take 63 North. If coming from the north, take 63 South (you can also take Rt. 47 if coming from the south. This intersection is where 47 and 63 meet). Find a sign directing you to the Lake Wyola recreational area (a right from the southbound lane, left from the north) and take that road. This is North Leverett Rd. Follow North Leverett Rd. across the border from Montague into Leverett. After a short drive past a horse pasture, you will come to an area that's pretty urban compared to the one that you just drove through. There will be a saw mill on your right and a quaint, whitewashed New England church in front of you to the left. Take a left just before the church (East Chestnut Hill Rd.) and drive up the hill. The cemetery will be on your left after about 50 yards.

CLUE: Enter the cemetery. Careful! The stairs are steep with high stone retaining walls on either side. Find Sarah Glazier. Standing in front of her obelisk, look to your left and find a decrepit dead tree at the edge of the cemetery. Go stand in front of it. Look to your left again. You should see a downed tree wedged up against a stone fence post. You might have to look down. The ground has settled a little and taken things with it. At the base of the post and under the fallen tree is what you're looking for.
