“A mother becomes a true grandmother the day she stops noticing the terrible things her children do because she is so enchanted with the wonderful things her grandchildren do” ---Lois Wyse
This box is in honor of my first grandchild, a grandson, born in April
Located on the Shelton Rec Path Trail off of Lane St in Shelton. There is parking for two vehicles at trailhead.
Bring clues for SWEET CAROLINE/FEBRUARY boxes, which are located along this trail. Enter at Lane St. Stay on trail as it curves past the rock ledges on your left. Next you will pass several houses along either side of trail, then come to an iron gate which signifies the end of the trail. Carefully cross the street and re-enter trail on the other side of street. Walk until you come to a wooden fence on your right. At the end of the fence you will see some boulders. The GRANDSON letterbox is under a flat stone in front of the boulders. Please re-hide as you found it.
