Jaelynn a 5yr old made this box with her grandmother, for her papa on fathers day. We made a family trip to walk some trails and take in the beauty and peacefulness of this place. This box is excellent for beginners and small children to go find. I hope your family enjoys finding it, as much as we did hiding it. Have fun!!
Go TO Conant Book dam in Monson, park in the lot.
1) There will be two gates. Go around the gate on the left
2) walk across the dam
3) at the end of the dam there will be an intersection, go through the open gate on the right.
4) follow the well worn path down a slight hill, you will pass a bird house on your left.
5) there will be a Y intersection, go to the right.
6) you will come to another bird house on your left, 20 paces beyond that is another birdhouse also on the left
7) 30 paces on your left there will be a tree with 2 crotches approximately 2 1/2 feet off the ground. go to the opposite side of the tree, Inside the crotch to the right there will be a stick and 1 sheets of bark, and a rock holding things in place within the hole you will find what you seek!!!
