Just off the cliffs is a place where people often went to shoot at each other and where an important man once died at such an event. Just off the cliffs are stairs which provide easy access to the water for the people living above.
Find the base of the stairs (either set), and go up the hill. You will come upon a large rock close to the sidewalk, behind which grows a tree that has a big circle on the front. Approximately ten feet beyond this is a rather large rectangular boulder. From the boulder, make your way up to the cliff face, and follow it to the right. When your way is blocked by a perpendicular outcropping, look for a stone spur projecting out near the ground. Underneath a flat rock on the left is what you seek.
