This letter box is located in Lake White State Park which is at the junction of SR 551 and SR 104 outside Waverly, Ohio.
Go to Lake White State Park. You will need to start at the upper shelter house (you can park there, or walk up to it from the lower parking lot).
From the shelter house take a rough bearing of 210 and follow the road. This road will curve to the left and you will have a choice to go left or right. Go to the right.
As you walk, the road will continue to curve to the right. You will walk by an outdoor fireplace and the road will continue into the woods.
Once into the woods, continue to follow this old asphalt road as it goes uphill and then levels out. You will see a number of large and small rock outcroppings on the left. Go approximately 150 paces (1 pace = 2 steps)to the second very large (3 ft in diameter) oak tree on the right side of the road. What you are seeking is on the left side of the road at roughly ground level, in a hollow, under a rock outcropping behind a rock covered in leaves.
