SPECIAL THANKS TO MOTHER OF 5 FOR HELP REPLACING THIS BOX

Sea Center Texas is a state-of-the-art marine fish hatchery and aquarium located on 75 acres in Lake Jackson. The focus of Sea Center is the marine life of Texas bays and Gulf waters, which are depicted in a unique series of habitats and aquaria. The centerpiece is a 50,000-gallon aquarium containing several varieties of shark, large red drum, gray snapper and a large Queensland grouper named Gordon. At nearly 300 pounds, Gordon clearly dominates all and is the undisputed underwater celebrity. On the grounds beside the Visitor Center are over 5 acres of coastal marshes that visitors can access via an elevated boardwalk. There is also an open-air pavilion surrounded by a butterfly and hummingbird garden that provides an excellent place to relax or eat lunch during a visit. And all this is free! So bring the family and enjoy the center while looking for this microbox.

Directions:
Lake Jackson is about 55 miles south of Houston via US 288. In Lake Jackson, turn right on Plantation Drive and follow the signs to Sea Center Texas at 300 Medical Drive.

Clues:
After visiting the Aquariums in the Visitor Center, head south to the Wetland Walkway boardwalk trail. Follow it about 100 yards to a T jct. Turn right (west) and go about 20 yards to the end of the boardwalk. Count back 5 boards and look under the left (south) side of the boardwalk by the second post from the end. The microbox is sitting on top of a piling under some loose wood. Please re-cover well so it is not visible from above and won't blow off.
