Thanks to SherlockMiles for updating the directions after the construction in the area.
Take exit 90, Rt 27 south off I95 in Mystic then your first left onto Coogan Blvd. Pass the shopping centers and most of the Mystic Aquarium and turn right on Maritime Dr. On your left will be a driveway into parking for the West Marine. Pull in here and try to park in the first parking spot you come to on your right. Once parked there will be a stone wall directly in front of you. The wall comes to a corner here, with an expanse on the right and another on the left. From this corner/juncture walk about 5' along the right side. Prize is near the top of the wall. Be careful of the stone wall. You should only have to move small rocks to discover.
