Great little light house on the coast, with good views.
Directions:
From Brenton State Park, go north on Ocean Dr., then left at sign for Castle Hill Inn. Go to entry guard and tell him you are going to light house. He will have you park off to the right and should tell you where trail is back up the road 30 yards.
To the Letterbox:
Walk up road and find sign and trail for lighthouse. Walk the path to the lighthouse. Once there, go right to picnic table, then continue past it for 12 steps on rock path to 2 evergreen trees on right. Box is at base of the 2nd evergreen tree (farthest) under a rock.
