Find the free public library on Main St. in Watertown, MA. (Make sure it is open. Visit www.watertownlib.org for hours.)
When facing the front entrance, you'll see a number of bricks.
Find the brick reading "A book is like a good friend."
See who added the brick and write down the first letter of their last name. Note: If it's covered in snow, it's the 19th letter in the alphabet.
Enter the building and locate the first room on your left; it's where you would go if you're hungry. Find the green sign before you walk in and write down the last letter of this type of room.
Now walk past circulation and look for a room on the right where young adults would go.
Note who this room was named for and write down the second letter in the name.
Next, walk up the stairs. You'll see a reference desk, walk to the left of it, but the right of the grandfather clock into an art gallery.
Find out who the room was named for and write down the last two letters of the middle name.
You know have a five letter name of an author.
Where would this author's books be found in the library?
Go to that room and go up to the circulation desk.
Ask to check out the letterbox.
Stamp your book and this book discretely and return the box.
