(There is an entrance fee of $3.00 per adult and free for 13 and under)
1. Begin at the Elm Creek Nature Trail (you'll see a sign for "Buffalo Wallow").
2. Follow the markers to "14".
3. 30 paces from Marker #14.
4. To know you are at the right point, you will see a bend in the path several paces ahead and to the left with a tree on the left side of the bend that has brown fungus growing on the side of it.
5. Go off the path to the right at a 90-degree angle to the path and go 15 paces.
6. You will find yourself in the middle of a small grove of 4 trees with a hole at the bottom.
7. Look inside the hole to find the letterbox!
