Directions: US 50 to Bridgetown Rd. (St. Rt. 264) to left on Zion
Rd.
Follow signs to park entrance.

Clues: Park at the playground parking lot. Head due west to the pit
latrines, walk across the field keeping the woods and road on your
right until you come to the beginning of a grass path. Follow this
path until it terminates at an asphalt road. * At this point take a
heading of 40° and walk 16 paces. Facing east, the William Mitchell
homestead was on your left, remnants of the old well are in front
of you on your right in the brush. The box is under a piece of twisted metal, go 130° for 6 paces, then follow 40° for 10 paces.
