Notes:

There is a small parking lot at 24 Main Street, Hopkinton next to Ice House Pond.

All steps indicated are approximate and child-sized.

    1. Start at the trailhead at the north side of the ice house.

    2. Walk about 60 steps and you will see a medium sized mossy rock on the left side. At the time the letterbox was planted, there was a large beaver damn to the left.

    3. Continue walking 43 steps and go under a tree fallen diagonally over the path.

    4. 54 steps ahead there is a large rock next to a bench on the right. Follow the path as it turns left.

    5. In 50 steps, you will come to a fork in the path. Bear right.

    6. Cross the wooden bridge.

    7. Take 26 steps to the large oak tree on the left. The tree has an interesting marking/knot that looks like a backwards "B".

    8. Look to the right to find a rock pile and two thin trees with furry vines.

    9. Seek out the bottom-most rock with a bit of a point and you will find the Brownie Bites Box!
