Wow! This is our 10th Letterboxers Gathering. The traditional 10th anniversary gift is tin or aluminum. As such, the stamp image reflects one of the most common usages of this metal.
To the box:
From I10, take exit 255 toward AZ-77N/Miracle mile. Take W. Miracle Mile east 1.4 miles to turn left onto N. Oracle Rd (AZ-77). After 9.6 miles on Oracle Road, take a left onto E. Pusch View Lane. Follow the slight left onto W. Lambert Lane. Turn left at 551 N. Lambert Lane into Cañada Del Oro Riverfront Park. Park where ever you wish.
Find tree #351 on the chain gang. Standing on the south side of this tree locate at 165* the zig-zag gate next to a sign pole with no sign attached. Go through the zig-zag gate and head SW keeping Pusch Ridge on your left. After a bit of walking, you will find a double-sided sign that should say “No motorized vehicles” if you can read it under all that graffiti. Keep walking about 125 steps SW on the path. Stop when you notice that the path has a purplish rock section. You’re in the right spot if you turn around and see a huge square block of concrete at 80*. Turn back around and look closely among the trees at 280*. Is that an old guard rail? Walk over to it to find 7 poles cut short. Look on the left side of the 2nd pole from the right.
Just the logbook needs to be in the baggie otherwise the tin won’t close. Please put back exactly in the same protected spot.
