Take the Rosemont Avenue exit, heading north; pass Fort Detrick, Rosemont turns into Yellow Springs Road; take a left onto Christopher's Crossing; turn right at the first stop sign onto Whittier Drive. Lake is on the left. Find the sign that reads Whittier Lake Recreation Area. Turn right, and walk towards the water. Find the bushes that are tall enough to be trees. Look in the tree on the left. Find the box in the branches on the water side of the tree.
