I adopted this box a few years ago but don't see the clues on line so I am posting them again .
this box has been here well over 10 years !!!!! Our school has changed mascots and we are now the Southeast Eagles.
Take Rte 89 past Southeast School and park in the ball fields lot . Go to the football goal post in the back past the ball fields. Standing at the right side of the goal post walk straight back to the tree line. Go right about 15 steps ( past the opening that looks like they dump cut grass here) find an oak tree about 10 feet in the woods .
this tree has a Park border sign, a blue trail sign and a Ct State Land sign but it is very difficult to spot after 13 years of growth.
The letterbox in buried behind this tree .
