Take Route 27 into Boothbay Harbor. When you see the Flagship Inn, pull into their parking lot. Great place to stay with nice rooms at a decent price and nice people at the Inn. Go to the bridge that crosses the stream next to the Flagship. On the left side of the bridge which has a post with information on Penny Lake Preserve, reach under the bridge at the second 4x4 post of the ramp going up. There you will find the Flagship 1 letterbox.
