Update: I am sorry to report that unfortunately, this box was taken and/or destroyed. Maybe someday we'll plant another at this park.
Due to the generosity of a few individuals, some local businesses, the State of CT and our local Eagle Scouts, the town of Griswold now has it's own Youth Sports Complex. This is a place for the youth teams to practice without having to go to other towns.
This is our first plant and decided to do it the day of the Grand Opening of Computaro Memorial Field.
Have a Soccerific Day.
At the left side of the concession stand is the beginning of a nature trail, made by Eagle Scouts. (There is a white sign post to indicate the place)
Enter the trail and immediately go right, past the bench. Continue following the trail to the next fork in the path. Go towards the Happiest Tree.
While looking towards the water, there is a small path to your left. Follow it to the end. There is a large tree at the end of the path and your Goal is behind it. Please rehide well.
