This box is located near canal jogging path, near Zoo and NCAA headquarters. Park somewhere near the Indian Museum. You are close to the Colts stadium, so maybe that is what smells?
To the letterbox:
Get to the NCAA Hall of Champions building. Take pedestrian bridge across to other side of canal and buffalo statue. Turn right and go on path. Pass black iron gates, and stop on right when come to mileage marker for 19.75 miles. With back to marker, go across path to tree. Go right along upper edge of lower blocks until reach 3 way joint. Box is in joint, under loose rock. Please re-cover it well!!!!
